Planning to lead (Q) your first (or 50th) beatdown? Use this checklist to help you plan an effective workout.

Speed
Stamina
Have more than enough prepared (ending early is the WORST)
If you can’t Q it, don’t do it
Recycle / revise a previous workout (take the best parts and mash it into something new)
Visit the Exicon for ideas
Write it out
Warm up before stretching
Keep the PAX together (string of pearls + plan for “active rest” until 6 is in)
Test out any new exercises before subjecting the PAX (ex: American Hammer with a coupon will KILL your lower back)
Post in the AO Slack channel with your pre-blast to build the hype
