Responsibilities
1. Leader of leaders. Creates SLT to plan and execute regional rucking activities and a future GrowRuck for StL 2. Creates a training program for GrowRuck 3. Represents F3 StL liaison/point of contact for upcoming GrowRucks to learn what it takes 4. Builds partnerships with local Ruck Clubs 5. Expertise in equipment and organizes lend-a-ruck 6. Partners with 2nd F for fellowship and/or 3rd F for Q Source, Leadership or Faith discussions during Rucks 7. Attends monthly F3 Shared Leadership Team Meetings 8. Has a presence on the F3 Nation Slack Channels to collaborate and share best practices
