What is F3?

F3 is a national network of thousands of free, peer-led workouts for men in hundreds of regions and this network is still growing fast.

Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

The Tulsa region was founded in December 2021, and has grown from 2 men meeting at 1 location to over 150 men across 14+ workout locations (and more to come)!

Free and open to all men.

Yes, free as in no cost. There’s no joining fee, monthly membership or expenses in the fine print. No catch. And we welcome men of all sizes, ages, athletic abilities, colors and creeds. Seriously. You are welcome here.

Whatever your doing now, it isn’t working. F3 will push you. We do things the hard way. Together. You’ll grumble about the gloom and hate certain exercises. But if you keep showing up, it does get easier because you’re getting better.
